When does ordering close?

All orders will close on the date the hospital has chosen. We will close all orders on August 15th.

Are any purchases final sale?

Since this is a custom order, all sales are final. We may be able to reorder some items.

When will I get my order?

Once the store closes, we will work on finalizing orders and will bulk ship all orders to the hospital. Orders should be expected within 2-3 weeks from closing date.

Where do I pick up my order?

We will ship all products to the Hospital, and they will be distributed to each department.
